Service Description: Summit Outline Strategy Call is designed to provide comprehensive guidance and support in planning the format and structure of your summit. During this call, we will delve into crucial aspects such as the duration of your summit, the number of presenters and days, the types of presentations, pricing, and agendas. Our goal is to assist you in choosing the best summit format that aligns with your unique set of skills and goals. You will have the option to receive a recording of the call for future reference (optional).
- Financial Liability:
Please note that while we strive to offer expert guidance and support, we are not liable for any financial losses that may occur as a result of implementing the strategies discussed during the Strategy Call. The ultimate responsibility for financial decisions related to your summit rests solely with you as the client. We recommend conducting your own due diligence and seeking professional advice as necessary before making any financial commitments.

Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we allow one rescheduling of the Strategy Call without any additional cost. This rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled call time. The rescheduled call will be arranged based on our mutual availability.
In the event of a second rescheduling request or a rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before the scheduled call, a fee of $150 USD will be applicable. This fee must be paid before the rescheduled call takes place.

Call Completion Timeline: The Strategy Call must take place within 60 days of purchase. Failure to schedule and conduct the call within this timeframe will result in the call being treated as complete, and no refunds or rescheduling will be available.

Additional SOS Calls: As part of this service, you have the option to utilize 2 additional 20-minute SOS (Save Our Summit) calls. These SOS calls are meant to address any questions or concerns that may arise while implementing the strategies discussed in the Strategy Call. These SOS calls are designed to provide additional support and ensure your summit proceeds smoothly.

Scheduling SOS Calls: The scheduling of the SOS calls should take place within 60 days of the Strategy Call being held. Failure to schedule and utilize the SOS calls within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of these additional calls.

Limitations: Please note that the Strategy Call is intended to provide guidance and suggestions based on our expertise and experience. While we strive to offer the best advice and support, the success of your summit ultimately depends on various factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the Strategy Call.

Payment and Refund Policy: Strategy Call is required prior to scheduling the call. We accept payment through the designated channels provided. Refunds are not available once the Strategy Call has been paid for or conducted.
