Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Virtual Summit
Introduction
By registering for and participating in the virtual summit ("the Summit") organized by Spectacular Summits ("the Organizer"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Summit and outline the rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of both the Organizer and participants.
Registration and Access
2.1. To participate in the Summit, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the Summit for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or improper conduct during the event.
Intellectual Property
3.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the Summit content, materials, presentations, and recordings belong to the respective owners or license holders.
3.2. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Summit content without obtaining prior written permission from the Organizer or the respective rights holders.
Disclaimer of Liability
4.1. The Organizer endeavors to provide accurate and valuable information during the Summit. However, the Organizer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content presented by speakers or any other materials provided during the event.
4.2. Participants understand and acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on the information or recommendations provided during the Summit are done at their own risk and discretion.
4.3. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from participation in the Summit, including but not limited to financial losses, business interruptions, or personal injuries.
Code of Conduct
5.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Summit.
5.2. Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event, against participants who violate this code of conduct.
Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. The Organizer will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
6.2. By participating in the Summit, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
Modifications and Termination
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Summit or any part thereof at any time and for any reason.
7.2. The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions by providing notice to participants. Continued participation in the Summit following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer is based. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
By registering and participating in the Summit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms on the Spectacular Summit's website.
